Management & Process

The speakers of the track “Management & Process” dealt with developments, trends and challenges of strategic and operational management of branded spaces. This might – on the one hand – refer to infrastructures originally designed for specific brands and – on the other hand – to spaces shaped ex post by brands and their economic evaluation. From a processural point of view, the influence of management processes on the design of branded spaces was discussed in particular.
